This Saturday, we decided to get 2 dozen Krispy Kreme dougnuts for our tailgate (buy one get one free!); and then go to TarHeel Town with our friends, Natalie and Savanna. The day doesn't get much better than that! I have LOVED getting to know Natalie over this past year, and recently Savanna and Graeme have been hitting it off! ha She calls him "Gam," and it makes me smile every time I hear her say it! One of Natalie's sister, Rachel, came to hang out as well. She is just as sweet as Natalie, so it was fun getting to know her. Though we don't believe in superstition, we just might have to go back every Saturday from now on. The Heels "ramed" (ha... sorry, I couldn't help myself) right through ECU this weekend! Hopefully they can do it again as a birthday present for Andrew, this coming weekend. Andrew's last year in the twenties begins this Saturday!!!
Oh, and a quick shout-out to my friend, LauraLeigh! She and her husband are both UNC Intervarsity Alums as well. We knew each other here; but she was a couple years ahead of me, so we unfortunately didn't get to know each other that well. I have been following her sweet family over the past couple of years through her blog though. We ran into each other and laughed out loud about how we both felt like we knew each other better now, b/c of our blogs! ha It was great to see you in-person LL!
Of course, Graeme has wanted NOTHING to do with the exersaucer for a while now; but the minute I break it down to put away, he decides he wants to play!
