Today was our home inspection and I have been a nervous wreck all day long. I have constantly been repeating, "In everything be in prayer and petition!" ha I have said it so many times today I think Ceilidh could repeat it! I think it was also the first day I actually cried about leaving our home as well. I have been getting progressively sadder about leaving, but the tears came for real today.
We left while the inspection was taking place, and went to have a play date with Susanna, Zion, and another little boy she was watching. On the way home I told Ceilidh we were going to drive by our house to see if the people who wanted to buy our home were gone. As serious as her little tone of voice could muster, she said, "NO people buy my house!" Obviously I know she probably doesn't realize the full extent to her statement, but it still caught me by surprise and sadness.
Please continue to pray for this last little bit of negotiation with the buyers. Hopefully their repair list won't be long or expensive! I guess we will see in a day or so.
