So Thankful.....

Happy Belated Thanksgiving!!! We have been doing a bit of traveling (and eating!), so I have fallen behind on my blogging. We had a great Thanksgiving; probably one of my most favorite. We ate Turkey with Nana and Granddaddy (Suzanne's parents) on Thursday afternoon, the Clendenin family on Thursday evening, and then drove to Virgina Beach to see my family (minus my sister, frown) on Friday. I love being with my family on both sides, and watching Ceilidh and Graeme enjoy their cousins. Ceilidh is on cloud nine when she gets to play with all of her cousins, but specifically Zion and Lauralei b/c of their ages. When that happens all in the same weekend.... oh man, she is one happy little girl!

Not only was our VA. Beach trip special b/c we never get to see my brother's family; but Andrew actually lived there for two years during his father's graduate school days. It was neat to drive around re-living those years with Andrew. I will post more about that in another post. The children were AMAZING during all the hours of driving, even taking the scenic route through Knotts Landing and across the Currituck Ferry on the way home. I have lots of pictures, so I will let them tell the stories!


I love how inviting Suzanne makes the house everyday, but especially on Holidays!
