New nickname

As you know if you read the blog regularly, that Graeme has quite a few nicknames. Within the last couple of weeks, we have added another to his list.... Mister Destructo! The other day on the playground, one of my friends had me laughing hysterically at her description of a typical day in her home with two boys. The minute they wake up, they are on a seek and destroy mission is how she started the conversation! ha I think having Ceilidh to follow, has kept Graeme a little more tempered than if he had an older brother, but I knew his "boy-ness" would hit one day! Of course we have noticed obvious differences between Ceilidh and Graeme before now, but the last couple of weeks have been CRAZY! ha

Take this morning for example. I was brushing my teeth. Brushing my teeth.... that takes all of what, two/two and half minutes? In that span of time, Ceilidh and Graeme came running through the bathroom playing chase. Ceilidh runs to the bathtub and runs back out. Graeme on the other hand, makes a pit stop at the toilet paper to unroll half the roll. Then he picks up a play cup and throws it into the toilet! Umm... gross. Still on the way to the bathtub, he picks up a bath toy and throws it in the tub knocking down soaps and shampoos in the process. After he taps the tub (clearly he had to do this, b/c Ceilidh did), he finally runs out of the bathroom, but not before he grabs a towel from the towel rack and wears it on his head while running out. Whew....that was one entertaining teeth brushing session! And he is only 17 months old! AHHHH.....
