A MUST buy

One of Jane's Christmas gifts was Twila Paris' "bedtime prayers lullabies and peaceful worship" CD. OH MY GOODNESS! Pick up your keys, drive to the nearest music store, and buy this CD...... right now! Especially if you have children. Lauren told me the night we got it that I would cry my eyes out when I listened to it. Well, she should have clarified that I would probably cry my eyes out EVERY time I listened to it. The words and music both are beautiful.... absolutely beautiful. Some nights I will sit and listen after the children are already snug and tucked in, just b/c I need to hear how much he "delights in me" too.

Ceilidh and Graeme both have already memorized the first 3 or 4 songs, which is music to my ears (pun intended! ha). Like Twila says on the back of the CD, "I felt that my ultimate purpose was to gently instill foundational truths in young vulnerable minds - to teach them, before they can even fully comprehend, the things we hope they will learn early and never forget. God made you very special! He loves you and will always take care of you. He has a unique and wonderful destiny in mind for you, if you will follow Him. Oh, and Ginger N. : I can't find your email address, but if you still follow our blog; I have cried countless times thinking about sweet Judah's first 8(?) months during "More Than I Can Say" and "There Is Only One." You should definitely check those two out on youtube if nothing else! Hope you guys are doing well in DC!!!
