So much to tell

HELLO! We unfortunately had another hiatus from the internet due to the power cord again! Hopefully this time, the problem is fixed. A lot has happened over the last two weeks, so sorry for the incredibly long post!

Thankfully the last week of no internet wasn't too hard to survive due to the 7 inches of SNOW we got last week!!! The snow was beautiful, Ceilidh had a BLAST playing, and Andrew was home with us all week except when they had to go back Friday.

Ceilidh was very excited about the snow b/c her mommy and daddy were excited. I don't think she realized that snow was cold though! ha The first day we went out, she was having the time of her life until she took her "glub" aka glove off, and her hands started stinging. From that day on, she left her "glubs" on and really enjoyed herself. Pops and ZZ let Ceilidh and Zion ride in the infant sled they had kept from their Indiana days. She was hilarious!! The sled has three sides so she laid back in the sled and BEGGED to go "faster, faster" while beating on the sides with both hands! ha She was almost as cute about the snow as her Daddy is! wink

This is Ceilidh's first taste of hot chocolate. She really liked it as you can tell!

After our week of snow, it was time to celebrate three big events in the Clendenin family: Zion and Lydia's baptism, and Zion's 2nd birthday!! It was really neat to be apart of Lydia and Zion's baptism. Andrew is Zion's Godfather so we were able to take part in the actual ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful, and of course the two emotional Clendenins (Pops and Cyndy) were full of tears! ha After the festivities at Emmanuel Episcopal, we moved the party to Zion's house to celebrate 2 years of life! I can't believe he is two years old. I remember like it was yesterday sitting in the UNC Hospital waiting room and freaking out that I had to do this in 4 months! ha I remember meeting little Zizou for the first time and being proud of Lydia for the hard work of getting him into this world. He had a Elmo party that he talked about the entire week before. It was really cute!

Hopefully we won't have anymore computer issues. I don't really know how many people really read the blog, but it is fun for me to post the stories even if I am the only one who reads them! ha

I have been trying forever to get an account so I can comment on your blog. I think I finally figured it out. It kept coming up in Norwegian so you can see my trouble. Anyway, I love your blog and read it all the time.
